Scope
The project consists of construction of 27km of 110kV transmission line from Jabana to Gahanga via Mont Kigali, construction of 110/30/15kV, 40MVA substation at Mont Kigali, 110/15kV; 20MVA substation at Gahanga; addition of a second transformer at Birembo (20MVA)
