Reference is made to the career opportunities announcements published on April 15th, 2015 in the New Times Newspaper on pages 22 and 23 and Imvaho Nshya Newspaper on pages 26 and 27 related to the request for applications to fill various positions in in Energy Corporation Ltd (EDCL) and Energy Utility Corporation (EUCL).

Further reference is made to the subsequent announcement dated 20th April 2015.

This is to inform the applicants the following:

ANNOUNCEMENT TO CUSTOMERS 


The Management of Energy Utility Corporation Limited (EUCL) wishes to inform its esteemed Customers and the Public that from 5th to 7th May 2015, NTARUKA Hydro Power Plant shall be shut down to facilitate works of replacing  spare parts of Generators .
This shut down shall cause a deficit on the available National Electricity production and some load shedding shall be observed in some parts of the Country.
EUCL would like to apologize for any inconveniences this may cause and appreciates the usual support of its Customers.
